"We loved our stay and would gladly come back. The property is beautiful! The staff were friendly and helpful- we slept through dinner and were served a delicious fresh cooked meal in the middle of the night by room service with a smile! The pool area is perfect place to spend the day. Walking distance to coco beach . Transportation was easy to catch from the hotel. Breakfast served daily was fresh and delicious with many options. Thank you for the memorable stay !"

"We are repeat customers and we’ve always had a great experience here! Excellent customer service, beautiful facilities, and great food on-site with incredible scenery. Watching the sunrise through a sea view window is worth a visit by itself! The only critique I’d have is that the hot water doesn’t get very hot in the shower/bath, but you do have a kettle available if need be. Besides that, this is a hotel I’d recommend for a true luxury experience!"

"This was my second time at this facility. A mid-week stay was mostly quiet and the staff is great. But the rooms are getting a little dated and 2 1/2 days of no wifi was a big challenge. If my home plan did not have unlited data, I would have had a very difficult time traveling."

"We were picked up at the airport exactly as described. The porter escorted us to the 11th floor reception and everyone was very helpful. In fact the porter walked us to the ferry office to get our tickets for the next day. This was early above and beyond customer service. We ate at the restaurant and the food was OK and prices reasonable. Unfortunately the windows were quite dirty, so we couldn’t fully enjoy the view of the harbor.
