The young man working the front desk that night truly came to my rescue, called and called until he found a locksmith willing to come out on a Saturday evening, the night after Independence Day. The double-whammy of weekend and holiday weekend almost guaranteed I’d be paying a very high price but somehow, that nice young man went to quite a lot of extra effort to find me a reasonably priced locksmith and directed him to my car when he arrived. I wish I had gotten his name, he really went above and beyond. "
