"This home was beyond filthy with stained sheets, stained shower, maggots , mildew and mold. The smell inside could possibly be interior mold. We didnt even stay after seeing it upon check in. The owner refused to refund our money and stopped responding to my messages and claimed he was working with VRBO but has kept ALL of our funds. We work with the local military base and were there for work but this place is beyond anything i have ever seen. If i could post pictures i would."

"Checked in after working 14 hours- I was tired. Checked in- elevator not working- manager trying to work on it. Room was in top floor so had to use stairs. Got to room- ac not working. Front desk person came up to look at it. She decided to move me. Another trip down stairs. Manager said she wanted to go look at ac- wasting my time- I just wanted to get to room but she held that up. Finally got room changed- another trip up stairs. I am not happy with my stay there because of the inconsiderate manager and no elevator I wished I had stayed elsewhere"

"It was absolutely disgusting! The floors looked like they haven’t been mopped in God only knows how long! They were sticky filthy! The towels were stained to hell and back… there was no wash rags floor mat face towel etc. the sheets were stained discolored holes all in them. The entire inside of the microwave was rusted no plate in it, was unsanitary! The fridge was horrifying… I’m livid at the fact that I spent money on a room I could barely even be in because of the condition it was in… I went and paid for cleaning supplies to clean the room and bought a new blank just to sleep on because I refuse to sleep on that filthy bed…. I’m disgusted with the conditions the outside was trash everywhere random people walking up knocking on the door looking for other people! I will be contacting corporate office about it. I had my camera lens not be broken I would have taken pictures!!! "

"The air conditioner was good. Had good water pressure. The food was good. The continental breakfast was always hot coffee 24 hours a day seven days a week they need to clean the rooms better and fix the phones and refrigerators. They barely work."
