"The checkin info was misleading, we were told that were able to check in at any time but when we reached the accommodation, there was no staff there to entertain us. Ended up having to sleep in the car at a service station. :( "

The swimming pool and the play room are amazing and Veronique is super nice and friendly. She helps you with everything one can need. Thank you so much for our stay!"

"We visited Reims for a weekend holiday with our 2 adult sons. The apartment was as described and we really enjoyed the stay. Communication with the host was easy—texting back and forth with immediate replies. She gave us great advice on restaurants and even made a reservation for us at Pommery. Would stay again."

"Die Check in Daten wurden von Aurélien zu spät (18.00 Uhr am Anreisetag!) geliefert, sodass es nicht mehr möglich war um 16.00 Uhr einzuchecken. Wir mussten uns um eine Alternative bemühen. Ich hatte vorher 2 emails geschrieben, die nicht beantwortet wurden. Kommunikation sehr fragwürdig. Ich erwarte eine Rückbuchung des Aufenthalts."
