"First what I liked. The room was spacious (in fact two bedrooms) with a balcony overlooking the ocean that wraps around the unit. Beds were comfortable, the shower was nice too, and free parking was available. Second what I did not like. No toiletries, no blankets, just thin sheets, towels were not great, and the safe did not work (likely for years). Bread was ok, service was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again."

Foi tudo ótimo, Seu Cirineu uma ótima pessoa, extremamente preocupado e atencioso com todos, desde o primeiro contato até a hora da despedida não poupou esforços para fazer de nossas férias ainda melhor. "* Too busy front desk for check in or check out depending on the day , if the hotel is hosting any events . This hotel hosts events be warned. * Room premium suite is very clean and comfortable * Inclusive breakfast: there is one for the general guests and another VIP ( which was included on my reservation) . The food most of the time tasted that it was served from the day before therefore it didn’t taste fresh . There was only one day that the food tasted fresh . It was disappointing. I assume that the hotel is very big and make a lot of food to support the demand and this way the food would not taste great as they keeping serving the same food until it finishes . ( this is in regards to the VIP breakfast) * We had most of our dinners in restaurants around town recommended by locals and chat Gpt . NAU and Camarões were great choices . * Lounging by the pool is a big struggle if you’d like peace and quiet . The music is very laud. However this is a personal preference. I chose to lounge at the beach to stay away from the noise. Lots of people happy and dancing also to a live small band ( by the main pool)which can be nice for people wanting this type of fun. I have nothing against it. * Gym facilities are ok . * It was a nice stay . Probably the best catered around the Natal city ."
