"We thought we were going to stay in Losheim, but instead, our FeWo was in Scheiden, a town 5 km. away. Once we got used to having to drive to Losheim for our groceries, it was OK. The apartment was spacious and we were quite comfortable there. The area was very rural, with bike and walking paths throughout. One could actually see the night sky from the bathroom skylight! It was easy to get to neighboring towns, such as Mettlach and Trier, from where we were. Our hosts were friendly and helpful."

"Na zoveel positieve reviews waren wij erg benieuwt naar dit huis in het voor ons nog onbekende Saarland/Duitsland. Bij aankomst werden we heel hartelijk ontvangen door de gastheer en gastvrouw. Zij wonen aan de voorkant waar meer dan voldoende parkeerplek is. Via een kort steil paadje kwamen we bij het vakantie verblijf aan de achterzijde. "A clean and roomy house, ideally set for what we needed. Nice walks in the area and shops are 5 minutes on foot. Stephen is a pleasant man, not intrusive or over bearing. He just made himself known to us. I will look to book again in the future."

"This building is fairly new, modern, and spotlessly clean. It's a great alternative to a traditional hotel, especially when traveling with family. Check-in is automated via a lockbox and the apartment is furnished with everything except a washing machine or clothes iron. The reason for my mediocre rating, though, is the lack of service. Check-in instructions were sent to me via whatsup, which I don't use, so I had to call the number in my email confirmation because there was no one on-site. ...
