"The Palmyra is a wonderful hotel - the bedrooms surround a courtyard and our room was beautiful with a cathedral ceiling and modern bathroom. A very good traditional Turkish breakfast is served in a sun-drenched rooftop terrace, and there are separate terraces and seating areas around the courtyard. 24 hour reception, free internet and free parking next to the hotel - everything that makes for an enjoyable stay. Staff are courteous and very helpful and the location is only 100 meters from one side of the huge covered bazaar in downtown Sanliurfa where you’ll find the same offerings as Istanbul for half the price or less. The Palmyra is a real find and highly recommended. "

"My sister and I spent two nights at this hotel, service was amazing, room was very clean and so was the bathroom, no mold , no bad smell, beds and pillows very comfortable and room extremely spacious . No issues finding parking for our car, they helped us park right in front of the hotel. I absolutely recommend this hotel. Nothing fancy , but totally comfortable. Just don’t expect much for breakfast, it is very basic to just have a bite before you leave for the day,"
