"Beautiful and comfortable home. The listing was a little incomplete so it was unclear exactly what we were getting but pleasantly surprised. One very confusing experience is they never mentioned an actual couple lives on-site and are the hosts. They came by when we got there and were very kind and accommodating. It just would have been helpful to know they would be there. The listing said it was entirely self check-in. "

"Great apartment is lovely quiet location a short walk and ferry trip into Lisbon. Good if like us you like to get away from the noise and crowds of the city. There is a wide range of restaurants on the road down to the ferry. The three we tried were all very good. The apartment itself is quiet, well equipped, the beds are comfy and the kitchen has everything you're likely to need. The hosts are really good. Very responsive and accommodating."

"Lovely hotel, beautiful pool, helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast buffet. Beach was beautiful but the area doesn’t have restaurants or shops. Go for beach and surfing…not food and shopping."

"The staff at this hotel are absolutely incredible! There was an issue w my room when I check in n they fixed it immediately upgrading me. They were super flexible allowing me to stay in the same room for the same rate and even let me have a very late checkout so I could enjoy the place as I was ill and sick for a couple days. The room was clean, nice and spacious. The breakfast buffet was very good. Overall, I am grateful to all the staff for their kindness and hospitality. So glad I stayed here!"

"Lift B only goes down from swimming pool not up. So over to the lobby it is. Swimming pool bar doesn't work, showers either; toilet door doesn't lock. No staff at all around the pool. Signs around the pool - rules etc missing. Dogs are allowed everywhere including near the pool. Breakfast is average. Service is slow and lacks food replenishment constantly. Reception leaves a bottle of water on the side which is constantly empty. Aircon in the room is not logical and struggles to adjust."

"Hotel is in good shape w/good sized rooms but there is NO "garden" or any other kind of view. It's in a crap area surrounded by gravel pits & parking lots. Its the only/best choice in town for the Yard festival, so there's no point lying about their views when there really isn't any other decent place to stay. All rooms allow SMOKING on the lil balcony, so although the rooms are represented as "non-smoking" whether your room will reek of smoke depends exclusively on who stayed there before you, not what kind of room you booked. The spa is pointless; it has a pool & a jacuzzi, that's it. There are not many choices of where to eat in the area, but their downstairs bar has pretty good food. The outside pool is a nice hangout."

"The view from the room was excellent, but divided by a big concrete structure, the room itself was really large, which was fantastic, but the floors were spongy by the patio doors and also outside the bathroom in the hall due to water ingress I’m sure. Unfortunately we didn’t a chance to use the upper level pool patio as there were five screaming kids that dominated what we were hoping was going to be a peaceful couple of hours. Instead, we retreated to a lower level deck where we could read our books in peace. That meant having to climb about 20 stairs back up if we wanted to take a dip."
