"Never received check in info, got there, no instructions. Found a neighbor that called owners wife. They didnt have our reservation. Had to get a hotel for the night. Was able to talk to owners wife. She was very apologetic. Was able to get a refund after contacting VRBO. Outside could use some sprucing up not sure what the inside looked like."
