"I was clean and the beds were ok. We stayed there only for one night. If we were to stay there longer as a family it would have been very cramped and not a place we would recommend if you are travelling with smaller children."

"We had two family apartments. One which was the main floor, and one on the third floor. The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours. "Sauna advertising misleading, there was only limited sauna availability and it was needed to book unlike normal hotel where you just go to sauna on its opening hours. Having sauna was the only reason to book the locale. There is no staff support in evening, no way to contact a person in case of issues. Check in purely electronic which again is not informed before doing the hotel booking. Advice to avoid the place, there are better services available "

"Should be renamed Brera Un-Serviced Apartments as during our stay it was completely un staffed. There was not a soul around to help with the nightmare check-in or anything else. Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough "

"Das Objekt war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, alles war vorhanden. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir bekamen einige nützliche Tipps! Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür war perfekt! Der Duscheinstieg war sehr eng und Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wäre sinnvoll. Der Handyempfang war so gut wie nicht vorhanden. "

"Wir haben unsere Wohnung über Fewo-Direkt gebucht. Da wurde uns eine sehr schöne Unterkunft vermittelt. Dass es sich dabei um Hotel handelte erfuhren wir dann erst vor Ort. Auch betraten wir erst mal eine leere Lobby, ein sehr gehetzter, Italienischer Hausmann stöhnte im Obergeschoss, anscheinend unser Check-In service. In Gebrochenem Deutsch fragte er uns welches Zimmer wir gebucht haben und wie unser Code lautet. Informationen die die Agentur leider versäumte uns zukommen zu lassen, geschweige...

"We were delighted to find the space as described, directly at the lake with an amazing view. Everything was clean and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Communication with the host was great although confusing at times as we also received communication from a German property manager in German ahead of our stay. It all worked itself out perfectly and we had an awesome stay. I especially want to recommend the restaurant below the apartment called Seesicht! Excellent food, service and view!"

"We rented the apartment at the top of the building and it was simply amazing. The elevator goes directly to the apartment on the 5th floor where there are no other rooms or apartments. The space is large and everything is very well equipped. Very good stay. The only problem is that it is 30 minutes from the lake so you need a car but we had a car. I also wish the parking was free. Otherwise, the hotel is perfect."

"Lake Constance is a wonderful area for vacations. The Plaza Hotel in Friedrichshafen is located a bit outside of downtown. Its a hotel with breakfast only. No restaurants nearby. Parking was a bit of a challenge at times, more cars than spaces. Breakfast buffet was excellent every day. The service was pleasant/friendly. "

"Very decent standard of IHG property, new and modern with all the facilities you'd expect. Staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best at all times. Breakfast can get very hectic and there needs to be a better timed booking system and a system where people don't hang about reading newspapers - that can be done elsewhere (their room for instance!) Water needs to be provided in take-away plastic bottles and not the glass/crown cap style at the moment. A/C control needs much more improvement and the controls work correctly."

"The reception desk was located inside the Hotel Restaurant/Bar, which was a little surprising to us. Our key card to access the room was also used to activate lights, Air conditioning etc. in the room, which was unique. When walking through the corridor one would be listening to bird sounds and that was very nice and calming. Parking was available in a Parking Garage across the hotel for a fee collected by the hotel. Overall we had a great stay. "
