"Property was beautiful! We enjoyed the pool and beach out front. The only downside was the leaky shower and toilet in primary upstairs bedroom. Also we had to wait an hour for them to get house ready. However, they were very nice and hospitable. I would highly recommend this beautiful house for a big group. "The place was well located but dated: kitchen cabinetry, rooms, common bathroom did not have drainage. Pool was great. Airconditioning old and noisy. Stove top needed to be lit autopilot busted and lowering the heat was tricky. Water shortage happened causing our guests to move to city to shower (shampoo in their hair enroute). Flooding in the common bath due to leak from water storage bin brought in to alleviate water shortage. Multiple brown outs with spotty generator (island...

"The location is in an elevated setting quite high in the mountain offering guests a clear view of the trees and peak of the mountain range. The owner Dan is pleasant and offers guests a tour of property and shares insights on the surrounding area. The inside of property is neat and organized for guests. If you have children, the local dogs on the property are quite noisy all night (5-7 dogs) and seem to act as a security detail. "

"New apartment but nowhere near downtown, it was almost walking distance to the airport even though when I researched it before booking Google maps has it near downtown. Another problem is that the AC is woefully inadequate for the size of the apartment so it never gets cool enough plus the AC is the old box type and not inverter so it's somewhat noisy. On the upside it's a huge apartment with a TV with YouTube connectivity so there is plenty to watch. It's a new place so if you don't mind it...

The helpful staff, quiet location, big spaces to spread out, 3 different dining areas, the pool and jacuzzi, the amazing views — we will remember this place so fondly."
