"Very comfortable room, quiet with good parking good food."

"Beautiful setting and Edouard and Alexandra were amazing hosts! They’ve recently refurbished their place to a very high standard and my wife even enjoyed a dip in the swimming pool. Situated right next to a gorgeous chateau, we couldn’t have asked for more for our first night of holiday. If we are travelling this way in the future we shall be sure to stay again."

"Small and charming hotel with a lovely staff. Very well located (right of the highway) and within a short distance of the major castles of the Loire. Celine was friendly, attentive and provided us with great advice on what to do and visit. The dining at the hotel restaurant was unique and exquisite. Highly recommend this hotel and we will certainly be back there next time we are in the area."

"Nostalgische herberg. Schoon, vriendelijk tijdens ontvangst en verblijf. Heel fijn dat er ter plekke gedineerd kan worden, er airco op de kamer is en de auto beschut op het terrein van de herberg geparkeerd kan worden."

"Nice and quite place and clean. Quite few things to do around. We couldnt manage to do anything coz it was just a overnight stoo. "

"Accueil sympathique à 17 h comme prévu Manque ventilateur dans la chambre car non climatisée Petit déjeuner correct mais pas de fruit, ni de jus de fruit, ni fromage mais 1 yaourt"

"Spacious, quiet and well equipped house in a good location. Close to all that Salbris has to offer including bars, shops, restaurants and open spaces. Quick access to good roads that make it easy to get around this part of the Loire Valley."

"Logement bien agencé pour 8 personnes. Parc aquatique génial. Pas grand chose à dire si ce n'est la cheminée. Un petit kit gratuit serait quand même appréciable."

"The Chateau and its grounds are beautiful, though in a somewhat rustic, magnificently aged, sort of way. We really enjoyed lounging at the pool in a spectacularly scenic setting and biking around the grounds. The restaurant at the hotel is excellent. Enjoying it is a key part of the French Chateau experience. We reserved a deluxe double room, but were upgraded to a higher category room because of a complication with the reservation. The room was very good, having all the amenities one might...

"Lovely boutique chateau hotel in beautiful location. Friendly staff. Only criticism would be that the restaurant was closed two evenings during our stay (Sunday and Monday) and there were few staff around (occupancy was very low when we were there)"

"The staff were excellent and very attentive and helpful, thanks, Sean."

"This was a beautiful property, not far from the village, extremely classy and well appointed. Amazing head mistress and owner. If ever I am back I'd stay for a few more nights, can't say enough about this Phenomenal place"

"Beautiful, rustic charm. Comfortable and welcoming and our host was amazing and created a feeling of relaxation and being at home. Would definitely stay here again."

"Rated ok mostly because of price/quality, way overpriced for small town average property (surprised it belongs to Relais et Chateaux) otherwise no complaints"

"Perfect spot to spend a night to split a long trip across France! The hotel is charming, and the food is delicious!"
