"We were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids who were visiting NYC for the long weekend. The place is spacious, with 2 bathrooms which were reasonably clean. One parking space on the road was always available. Entrance door was a little clunky to get in or close. The owner was responsive to our requests. One inflatable bed had a leak in it so that was a bummer. The neighborhood had some sketchy people but that is to be expected! Overall, good value for the money!"
