"Allen the owner was very friendly and helpful. We rented 2 of his cottages. Each unit was clean and comfortable. Allen included some water, beer and wine. There is a nice beach within steps. I would say the only down side is the road getting in is a bit tough to navigate. There were deep holes and very big rocks to navigate. Overall we would stay again, hopefully the road will be repaired."

"This is, by far, the best house and location on the island. We had a large family with multiple small children so easy access to the beach, the outdoor seating areas and shower were a must have. This is our second time on Spanish Wells but our 7th summer in the Bahamas. The kitchen is lacking some basic items and pots and pans could use an upgrade but largely everything you need is there. It was also frustrating to not have a working vacuum as I was 24 weeks pregnant with a toddler who was tracking sand everywhere, there was a broom but we had to buy a dust pan. The hosts were responsive to messaging and flexible with our dates which was extremely helpful. We would absolutely rent this property again. "
