"Overall the property was very good. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the lady hosting the breakfast was gracious and pleasant. However, the front desk clerk who checked us in needs some improvement on her interpersonal skills. She was initially snippy, abrupt and condescending. We felt as though we were bothering her even though we were trying to be pleasant and engaging. It got to the point where my patience with her attitude was wearing thin and my demeanor changed. "My family had a great stay at the Ocean Grande. The villa was very spacious with two bedrooms, a large living area, kitchen and dining area with a nice size outdoor deck. The beach view and interior garden area views were very nice. The property was in very good condition. We will be back."

"This resort is amazing! Lots of things for kids to do, easy access to the beach, rooms are very clean, and I appreciate the daily texts with the weather and what the hotel has going on. Only downfall is the indoor pool. The smell of chlorine is very strong and the hotel restaurant can take a really long time to get food. Outside of that, it was perfect! We would definitely reconsider visiting this resort in the future! "
