"Excellent value for money. The room is spacious, clean, with AC. I stayed for 7nights and will definetly come back. The bathroom is shared with an other room but I was mostly alone during my stay. Location is excellent to have easy acess to the pier, night market and the food court. I rent a motorbike to explore the rest of the Island. The hostess is so sweet and made my stay very special. Thank you so much 💕 I Hope I will come back soon :)"

"We loved our stay at Garto, it was by far our favourite resort on our travels. The staff and owner are very helpful and friendly. The villas are large with a separate kitchen, very comfortable beds/seating area, large terrace and the most amazing, privacy screened, outdoor waterfall shower. "We recently returned from an unforgettable stay at the Conrad Koh Samui. From start to finish, the resort delivered a perfectly relaxing experience. While its cliffside location is undeniably remote, the sweeping views of the Five Islands and the stunning night stars make the seclusion entirely worthwhile. Seamless Transport and Dining Flexibility You might worry that the isolated location makes getting around difficult, but we found the transport links surprisingly efficient. Grab cars were readily accessible, and we actually experienced shorter wait times here than we did in Phuket. The resort's steep terrain is managed by a fleet of golf buggies. Theset are excellent, arriving promptly whenever you need a lift around the property. Dining at the resort is undeniably expensive, but the hotel offers brilliant flexibility to balance your budget: The morning spread is genuinely amazing, offering a vast selection of high-quality options that set you up for the day. The hotel allows you to order external food deliveries via Grab. Drivers drop your food at reception, and the staff promptly deliver it right to your villa door. We stopped at a supermarket on our way to the resort to stock up on supplies. Because the villas feature full-sized fridges, keeping snacks and drinks fresh was incredibly easy. The farm tour, long tail boat ride and a trip to ang thong marine park are must dos"

Ban's Diving Resort

"Our stay at Ban's was overall good, but with some inconvieniences. Starting with what we liked, the location was the best. Right in the middle of everything and walking distance for most things. We easily got around on foot and moped. The staff was helpful as well, and we appreciated the on-site convienece stores. The grounds were very pretty too. Breakfast was lovely, with a view of the beach as well. The things we disliked were the walls being very thin. Like extremely. We stayed far from the reception area, which meant quieter nights, but we could still hear our neighbors. Second, the pool was green. Like very green - the whole week. We tried to swim the first day but it didn't feel safe. The bathroom also had a bad sewage-y odor, and the water gor everywhere when showering. Not terrible, we kept the door closed for the smell, but unpleasant to be in there. Last, there were ants in the room and a few bugs. It's hard to control when in a tropical enviroment, but not very pleasant. Overall, a good stay but a few improvements would have made it great."

"The hotel is beautiful. The staff is awesome. The facilities and location are great. I would highly recommend it. The one thing to think about is getting off the property for lunch and dinner. The food available in the restaurants for lunch and for dinner, while tasty, is much higher in price without being better than you can get from any number of restaurants within 30 minutes. It was good, but I would get off campus for more meals if I come back. Everything else was completely top not."

"We had a wonderful 12-day stay at this hotel with my two daughters. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They truly made us feel welcome and took great care of us throughout our stay. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and thanks to the amazing staff, we created many beautiful family memories here. The only small thing I missed was a regular handheld shower. The bathtub only had a faucet, and the shower cabin had only a rainfall showerhead. Having a handheld shower would have made things much easier, especially when traveling with children. Apart from that, everything was excellent, and we would be happy to stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for your wonderful hospitality!"

"Lovely resort with lovely pool and private beach but no shop on site for any essentials and you cannot walk to any shops or outside restaurants. Resort had 2 restaurants but al a carte and themed nights only 1 dish for vegetarian. They should have at least 2/3 choices at least from the 7/8 meat/fish…this was very disappointing. Though I’m not vegan there was zero choice here!"
