"I was very happy checking into this beautiful hotel in Svalbard. Check in was seamless and the staff was so nice . Very conveniently located . The buffet breakfast was perfect .. nothing frozen all fresh .. I will back here in Svalbard and I will stay here again . I have to mention the breakfast attendant he was the best .. true hospitality person Thank you "

"Good breakfast and a good bar . Creaky floors and thin walls don’t help towards a good nights sleep. Shared bathroom not a problem as there were enough for everyone. "

"All the staff were very lovely and friendly. The Barentz Pub was really convenient - good range of drinks and nice food which was served very quickly. Our final dinner was at Nansen which was delicious. And, of course, breakfast was great - Ruth was a bright start to the day - all with a fabulous view!"
