"The communication at check-in was excellent. The house is on a secluded space set back from the road. It is quite small but fine for a single traveller or couple. The bedroom is a very good size with a decent shower room en-suite. It is warm and the kitchen is well equipped in the main. I notice a number of people have said the bed was comfortable but I would say if you have neck or back issues it may not be ideal. "Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. "
