"受付の方の 自然な応対が 心地良かったです。"

"I was supposed to meet a family member here, but their flight was canceled and could no longer meet me here in Japan. I needed to cancel this reservation because of this disappointing turn of events. I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. I was very unimpressed by their business ethics...

"温泉の種類が豊富で、朝ごはんも夕飯も美味しかった！キッズスペースがあるので、子連れにぴったりだと思うのですが、喫煙所があるため、キッズスペースもややタバコ臭い。お風呂の脱衣所にもタバコの臭いがしました。 建物自体は全体的に古い印象ですが、お風呂やキッズスペース、食事スペースが綺麗だったので良かったと思います。 タバコ臭さを改善してもらえれば、最高だとおもいます"

"仕事をするのに照明が明るく、照明の位置も使いやすく考えられている。エアコンの吹き出しも調整しやすく夜間も快適であった。荷物を置く棚もあり部屋が広く使えた。ユニットバスも広く綺麗でした。満足です。"

"長期滞在なのにテレビもなく暇になります。 ベランダや階段に虫の死骸が多くありました。 日本人むけではないかなぁ。 改善されればまた利用したいです。"
