No management staff at 10am to make a complaint to. Receptionist called kitchen staff and all denied knocking on my door. Hotel did not find my Expedia reservation on Friday during check in. Golden Tulip Hotel PH-GTPH

Golden Tulip Hotel PH-GTPH

8/10 Good
"The room was clean and the bed sheets were sparkling white. The reception staff should be encouraged to give basic information to guest during check in even if the guest is a returning guest. It’s nice to point where the restaurant is, the time for breakfast, the direction of where the lift is located and tips about the WiFi as a minimum. They shouldn’t leave the guest to be discovering things or asking for these basic and essential information."
