"The house was beautiful. Staff is on hand 24/7. Oi was super easy to talk to, and fulfilled all our wishes. She booked our trips on the boat to Phi Phi island and catamaran to James Bond island. "Expedia has this facility rated as 4 stars. Nothing could be a bigger lie. Amenities say 1 restaurant none existed, say 1 pool bar but none existed, say fitness center but it was torn apart and closed. This is totally misleading and false promotion. Expedia has been aware of the situation for 2 weeks and done nothing to correct. Listed as a resort it is an apartment building that is poor condition that they are renting rooms out of. The location to walk to an actual restaurant s a sketchy back...
