"Great hotel located conveniently near the highway . Beautiful surrounding,amazing atmosphere and friendly staff who were always helpful.Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The rooms were clean, stylish, and cozy. Room service were excellent. Food was great and service was attentive and efficient.I always stay here whenever I visit kochi. "Fabulous new Taj property . Loved staying in a clean space. It's right opposite the airport..I only stayed a night but highly recommend.. The facilities are brand new . The food in the restaurants are great and the staff are friendly and very hospitable which is always a positive in India . My only complaint was that he charging points in my room were not working and my phone ran out of battery before a very long international flight. Also the hotel does not offer complimentary airport transfers. The charges are five star rates of around rs 600 even though it's right opposite and a 2 minute ride. So guests need to bear this in mind. Otherwise satisfied."
