"The place is beautiful, right next to lake toba. Unfortunately there’s so many things that should be upgraded. The hotel stuff was amazing, always smiling and helpfull."

OK location and could access the lake in a small area outside the hotel. Bedsheet and pillow case smell terrible. I will not be staying in this property even it is FOC."
