"部屋はとてもワクワクする部屋で、快適に過ごすことができました。
ただ、チェックインする時にやり方がわからなくてずっとチェックインできないというグループが1組いました。全員分の個人情報を入力したらQRコードが届くということをわかりやすく書いてあれば親切かと思います。
また、自分の部屋の間取りはチェックインするまでわからず、ベッドの数も表記ではセミダブル3台となっていましたが、実際はセミダブル2＋2段ベットがありました。
バーベキューセットがあったので、海鮮を焼こうと準備をしてたら、２つのうち１つのガスバーナーがはまらず、使用することが出しませんでした。
お風呂のテレビを密かに楽しみにしていたのですが、故障中と書かれており残念でした。
改善点をいくつか挙げましたが、それ以上に部屋は清潔でキッチンもとても綺麗で、過ごしていてワクワクするつくりになっていました。

"私の推し岸さんのサインユニ、娘の推し銀次のサインユニが飾られた部屋に大興奮！！！
日本一になったアノ想い出のシーンのスライドドアにも感動！！！
3世代6名での利用だったのですが、それぞれ好きな場所で眠る事ができ良かったです
BBQ設備が屋上にあり、開放的で非日常の景色にジジババも大喜び♪♪
トイレ鍵の不具合、階段の暗さ、1階 から階段への段差が分かりにくい点の改善はお願いしたいです
大好きな楽天のホームが大きな窓から見渡せるのは幸せです
設備内容も分かったので、次回は食材を持ち込みめいっぱい愉しみたいです
試合開催日なら尚更サイコーですね！"
