"First time to Tokyo and being connected to the Shiodome station was a huge plus. Gave us the option to travel to all the surrounding cities. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and our room was stunning and comfortable for our family of 4 (we booked the Executive King Room with Tatami Area). Although it was pricey, it was well worth the comfort and amenities that came with it. "

"The hotel was amazing. Very clean and Beautiful. Rooms are Small compared to Hotel rooms back home, but we don't stay in the room much so its really not a big deal. Staff was very nice and friendly and understand basic English which was nice because my Japanese is terrible. Area is a little rough especially at night, but that's not the Hotels fault. "Clean hotel and great service. Conveniently located from the Kabukicho Airport Limosine Bus station located about 300 feet west of the hotel. There are various dining and a 7 Eleven on the ground floor as well as dining practically down every street. Shinjuku Station is an easy walk. Rooms were a typical Japanese hotel size, but smaller than Western branded hotels. If you're a Godzilla fan, this hotel is a must. Would definitely stay there again."

"I recently stayed at Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Ariake and had a very comfortable experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and located in a peaceful area with convenient access to public transport and shopping. The rooms were spacious for Tokyo standards, with thoughtful amenities and great attention to cleanliness. The staff was polite and helpful, though there were moments where communication in English was a bit challenging — but they always made the effort to assist. The on-site facilities, including the public bath and dining options, were excellent additions to our stay. My only minor complaint was that the check-in process felt a bit impersonal due to the use of kiosks, and I wish there were more kid-friendly activities available on-site, especially since we were traveling with a child. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it for families or anyone looking for a quiet, well-appointed hotel in Tokyo."
