"This is such a beautiful location, and the home is well-maintained and decorated with care. When we arrived, four pairs of slippers were waiting for us, just as if we were staying in a traditional ryokan or machiya. We felt welcomed as invited guests. The guide covered most of the operational questions we would have had, and the pictorial on-site book answered most others. "Would be good to have simple cooking amenities like cooking oil, salt, pepper. Was only sent the unlocking number after I messaged (did not receive an email that was supposed to be sent 24 hrs before check-in). Location instructions was unclear from the booking confirmation, only managed to find accommodation after host contacted via whatsapp."

"Spotlessly clean, modern and functional hotel close to the train station. Great free breakfast and coffee machine in the morning. Laundry 300yen a wash. Vending machines with drinks and snacks. Pyjamas. Toiletries. Regular clean towels. Toothbrush/paste. Hot/cold water machine. Microwave. Very helpful staff. Automatic check-in/check-out system. Excellent location for trains and also for local buses to many areas including attractions such as sand dunes/museum."

Overall it was a great place to stay

"however there a place for improvement: first - all the communication between us and hotel staff was only thought Google Translate. A bit disappointing. Another issue - restaurant & breakfast. it was crowded during evening hours and with a long wait (staying outside whatever weather conditions) during breakfast time. "
