"Visiting family in the area, perfect location. Able to accommodate 4adults and 2 children comfortably. Clean and spacious, frig was stocked with breakfast items, a lovely surprise, short walk to the water and playground area. Would definitely stay at this property again. Hostess was readily available for any questions. "

"This lake house was a perfect fit for my family. The owner of the property has done a tremendous amount of work to the inside and it shows from the moment you walk in! Sitting on the back deck watching ships & boats pass, super relaxing. Not to mention looking at Toronto on the other side of the lake. Super quiet neighborhood and the surrounding neighbors are friendly. Will definitely book again when we are in the area!"

"The location and view were perfect. The house seems to be falling apart. Definite know it’s a budget stay if that’s what you’re looking for. The floors are uneven and have soft spots, the shower has no cold water only scalding hot water, the AC units cool but they don’t dry the air. The host was reasonable and refunded us our cleaning fee. Yet he was at times a little hard to reach. "

"The house was neat and clean. There was adequate space for all of us. The AC works well and was conveniently located. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen appliances and washer/dryer appear to be newer. Be aware that the grill is charcoal and not gas. Also, the bathroom sink and shower hot & cold are reversed. The driveway is a bit tricky to find. Very difficult if your first arrival is after dark. A can opener and a knife sharpener would have been nice to have. All said and done, we had...

"We all enjoyed ourselves very much at this great spacious house! We went fishing right in front of the house, had bonfires in the evening, and sat around the large dining table for meals and playing cards at night. Plenty of room for everyone. Claw foot bath tub is awesome for baths but not so much for showers (acceptable though). Less than 30min from Niagara Falls. You are pretty close to neighbors but didn’t see anyone the entire weekend. Seems newly renovated, missing a few details still (towel hooks, soap shelf etc) but still a great stay. Very nicely decorated. There were some fruit flies but...

"The room was clean, the staff were friendly and they offer safety deposit boxes which was also helpful given we were traveling internationally. The hot tub did seem to have too much chlorine in it as it made our eyes burn after about 10 minutes in it (none of us have sensitivities to chlorine). The hotel is conveniently located near a lot of the attractions we were attending which was very nice. Possible small things that could have made the stay better would be signage in the elevator for where to find the pool and fitness area, a bottle fill station at the water fountain and liners in the trash cans (in the rooms). We had a great stay and the river view room with the balcony was beautiful. I would definitely stay here in the future!"
