"Beautiful views and very welcoming staff. Hotel Manager (Praveen Semwal) was welcoming, humble and provided good recommendations on local events. The food was well prepped and served (for both in room dining and the waterfront restaurant). I also loved the spa service. Areas to improve: bathrooms had a constant odor of sewer. Just putting a scented candle or room freshener would help. "

"I stayed at the Alpine Club in June with a friend. Contrary to the listing, there was no wireless internet anywhere on the property, no coffee/tea maker in the room, no laundry services, no iron or ironing board on request. While we were there there was also no hot water, when we wanted to bathe we would call for a bucket of hot water to be brought up to the room.
