"The women at the desk are rude and unhelpful. The mattress is like sleeping on the floor. The bed just had a sheet on it. The noise from staff in the front Iof the hotel continues past 11. It starts back up at 6 am but with construction, the cleaners. There are a lot of better options in the area. "

"When booking through Expedia website, the details that were provided for the stay was Jaffna Heritage Hotel but confirmed details showed Jaffna Heritage Villa. Both managed by same owners and we thought we booked the hotel rather than the Villa. I had already raised this with Expedia but no response!! In future, I will use other booking platforms so that issues raised are resolved promptly. "

"A few km outside Jaffna. Friendly informative owner who we had informative conversations. The hotel offered Sri Lankan menu - which we didn’t use as we were out and about in Jaffna. A variety of people staying at hotel , both srilankans and Europeans. Rooms were spacious . Bathroom could have been better maintained , we were happy overall. Would recommend if you are looking for a convenient interesting place to stay. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. "
