"Very quiet country retreat that is 4.5kms from a made up road,about 7kms from the nearest town which takes about 25 minutes to drive because of the rough track from the Finca. When requesting the evening meal we were told in summer only a cold meal was served ,which consisted of good quality cold meats,sausage,cheese and bread with wine and water. "OMG...so how much for the place!? lol Man I wish! What a beautiful place, it's like a dream perfect Europoean vibe, well not just vibe, the real deal! of a perfect size house, great taste, moderninsh yet old EU style, perfect layout, soooooo quiet at night AND day! in a super small little town and only about 50 mins from Valencia. "The hotel is situated in a lovely rural location and therefore is peaceful and unique. We were met on arrival and offered a drink, then shown the room followed by a gentle stroll to the swimming pool. We had arranged for dinner, bed and breakfast and everything was freshly prepared, well presented and delicious. The whole feeling we were left with was that we were special and well looked after. "The room was very spacious, stylish and comfortable. Heating worked very well. The found a place for by bicycle overnight and dinner and breakfast were good. They seem to be doing the hotel office admin in the bar which is messy and a bit odd. "

"Belle maison meublée avec goût. Le linge de lit et les serviettes sont très bien. Séjour très bien passé, cependant il manque un micro onde et quelques casseroles. La piscine n'est pas assez bien nettoyée, l'eau et trouble, il faudrait passer l'aspirateur au fond de la piscine pour récupérer tous les insectes. C'est dommage que l'arbre devant la piscine lui fasse de l'ombre à partir de 15h, a 17h elle est totalement à l'ombre!! A part ceci tous est très bien."

"This is the second time hotels.com asks me to review the same visit to Hostal El Estudio. Normally I wouldn't bother to repeat myself, but this place was special. It is quite modern compared to the majority of Spanish hotels that I've stayed in. Service was very friendly and helpful. My wife and I have been touring Spain and France by motorcycle for two weeks now. This hotel is by far our favorite. Highly recommended!"

"The Villa was very nice and had everything you would need. The outside space was amazing, The pool Is lovely and clean and was bigger enough for our 3 kids to enjoy. The views are spectacular with the surrounding areas very peaceful. Just right to enjoy a relaxing holiday. There was plenty of seating area and sun beds, Also a good, shaded area to avoid the heat of the Sun. The Owners were quick to respond to any Questions, Also provided key information for our stay. A visit to Valencia is a must, There are some great markets, and the beach was 5 stars. Also, a very good Shopping Outlet just outside Valencia. There is also a nice Waterpark only 40 mins drive from the Villa. In all we had a very relaxing holiday and would highly recommend your stay at Mel and Dave's Villa."
