"The clean room and the smell of the hotel"

"Location, amenities, and the hotel staff were excellent."

"The customer service was outstanding! The menu was very good too! The property all around was good! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there!!"

"the hotel tries very hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible, however due to the economic and political situation of Venezuela there is some limitations on their service, specially the availability of food is not great."
