"Fantastic stay at this property! Overall room quality, condition and design was above our expectations. The location itself was incredibly convenient, about a 2 minute walk (1 minute if you run; 3 minutes if you have a lot of luggage) from a public parking lot across from the hotel. It’s also cheap at 300 CZK per 24 hour period. Highly recommend this property to families as it is well stocked with most household items a family would need, and the location is safe and close to grocery stores. "

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir hatten als vierköpfige Familie viel Spaß, besonders bei gutem Wetter, die Terrasse, den geräumigen Garten und die Feuerstelle zu nutzen. Familien mit Kindern unter fünf Jahren sollten jedoch vorher bedenken, dass der obere Schlafplatz über eine etwa zwei Meter hohe Treppenleiter zu erreichen ist. Unser Fazit: Wir würden wiederkommen:)"

"This is located above an existing home with private access. Fussball table, coffee maker, towels, sauna, room darkening covers on windows, deck for watching the sunset, countryside beautiful, air conditioner for sleeping area. Fridge wasn't on but got cold overnight. And shower did not drain well, so soaked the floor mat. But the place was very cute, great hosts, nice location for our needs."

"Wir waren zu 10 Personen im Haus für ein Wochenende.Die Lage sehr ruhig mit schönem Blick in den Wald.Man kann von dort aus schön wandern gehen und Ausflüge machen.Das Haus ist groß mit der großen Terrasse aber....Möbel total veraltet,manche Betten renovierungsbedürftig,Küche schmutzig mit kleinen Töpfen ausgestattet ( was nicht ganz zu 10 Personen passt). Hobby Raum unten im Keller leider pure Enttäuschung für unsere Jungs gewesen, Billardtisch nicht funktionsfähig und der Raum schmutzig.Man...

"We had a fine stay in this property. The house is tidy. With a nice space around the house where kids can play with a trampoline and pool. One remark: the property is less appropriate for talll persons (> 1.90m) : the ceilings on the first floor are low as well as the shower. Also the beds are too short for tall people. You can make nice trips into the Erzgebirge and to cities as Dresden and Karlovy Vary. ther is enough intersting to see and do. I can recommend the holiday home"

"Das Haus hat alles was man sich wünscht und ist total schön und eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und das absolute Highlight ist die Wohnküche und das Wohnzimmer in einem, welches mit einem Holzofen beheizt wird. Der Vermieter ist auch total zuvorkommend, freundlich und hat den perfekten Aufenthalt abgerundet."

"Hallo. Wir haben ein paar Tage in diesem wirklich tollen Ferienhaus verbracht und die Zeit genossen. Der Gastgeber hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Im Ferienhaus fehlt es an nichts. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und alles noch hübscher als auf den Bildern ohnehin schon. Alles war tadellos sauber! Man hat einen schönen Ausblick und es ist eine wirklich ruhige Lage. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Freundliche Grüße BQ"
