"We booked a Bubble Tent… We did not get communication from this Mirage camp at all and had to track them down and had to have an Arabic speaker try to find this Mirage camp because the phone number on hotels.com/expedia was wrong. When we were finally given a pin drop to know where to go through WhatsApp of how to find the camp we were sent to a different camp called Hasan Zawaideh. "We booked the sea view rooms, and they were clean and tidy. We asked for extra bed and they quickly brought the bed. Everything was very clean and as promoted. Just one quick remark: the rooms are not directly on the sea, we had to walk over a bridge to reach to the beach and swimming pools. They have suites/chalets are on the beach area"

"The staff and service was excellent. Super professional, kind, and hospitalable. The check-in process was smooth. Shuttle will transport you across the desert to the camp site. Campsite was beautiful and taken care of well from the outside. Set proper expectation: more of a glamping experience, rather than a luxury hotel. The rooms were clean but a little dated and floors and fixtures on the inside of the rooms were pretty worn. The rooms are in need of a good renovation. But beds and couch were great. Beds were soft and comfy and pillows were great. Shower was a little tight but very good water pressure and hot water. Hammock and hot tub outside the room were the perfect touch. Both also were dated and kind of deteriorating, but worked fine and were very enjoyable. We booked a truck excursion right from the hotel, a 2 hour sunset tour where we went out into the desert, got a climb a few hills to get good views and got good pictures and videos taken by the driver. He will stop by a few Bedouin tents to get you to experience the culture and they will serve you hot tea and play some music. Take a few dinars to tip the bediun hosts. I tipped each of the two stops 2 dinars. After arriving back at campsite dinner was served, followed by a bonfire where we stargazed. Overall amazing experience! Just hope the old deteriorating furniture can be updated for a better experience."
