"This is our go-to Hotel the night before an early flight at Seatac. All good, especially very quiet. Desk staff could have a few more smiles. Shuttle drivers always friendly and helpful. Love the brown bag breakfast for early morning departures. Love the in-parking-lot Restaurant: Sharps Roasthouse. Hotel gives $10 coupon for the restaurant. Yay! Also baggage scale in the lobby."

"It’s a good hotel for the price. It’s close to the airport, and breakfast is ready just before 6:00 a.m., so we were able to eat breakfast before heading to the airport. They offer free 24/7 airport shuttle service. If you need to be picked up at the airport, go to baggage claim and look for the ground transportation/parking garage area and the skybridge. Cross the skybridge and take the elevator to the 3rd level. Once you reach the 3rd level, walk toward the Courtesy Islands. The hotel shuttle picks up at Island 1D or 3A. Once you are at the pickup area, call the hotel at 206-241-9292 and let them know you are waiting. The hotel shares a shuttle with another hotel, so be sure to ask them what shuttle number and color to look for. When we stayed there, our shuttle was a black van with “32” on the shield, but this may vary. I recommend calling the hotel once you arrive at the Courtesy Islands so they can give you the current shuttle information. The breakfast is convenient and sufficient, with scrambled eggs, sausage, coffee, milk, yogurt, make-your-own waffles, bread, and fruit. I especially liked the 24-hour water dispenser in the breakfast area, which provides hot water, room-temperature water, and cold water. That was a very nice convenience."

"Close to the airport with a prompt shuttle. Good breakfast, nice restaurant. We are very short so needed a stool to get on the bed and they did provide one. When beds are that high, stools should definitely be available for short people like us. 4’7” and 4’9”. Climbing up on a bed is very difficult as you have nothing to hang on to. And if you have to get up in the night, climbing back in bed is very difficult. Being 86 and 83 years old you are not limber anymore."

"Very nice room; comfortable, clean and spacious enough for a single person. Staff at front desk were very pleasant and helpful. Loved the cafe on the 2nd floor and appreciated the credit given by hotel as an offset for the resort fee. Also appreciated the closeness to Seattle Convention Center. Def would stay here again."
