"This was a lovely hotel to stay in, I loved the black and red decor. The food was really nice, the bed was comfy and the room was clean. I would stay again and would recommend to others. Although the location it at the end of the runway, We could not hear any of the planes from inside the building. It was also a 5 min drive from our parking site."

"No super impressed but it was close to the airport so that was great, If you’re traveling in or out from Heathrow, you can access the hotel from inside the airport through a covered walkway. The customer service at the airport told me I had to walk to it outside but that was so inconvenient, so just find someone that’s competent lol"

"Mixed Experience – Great Location but Hygiene Needs Improve The hotel is very well located, which made getting around quite convenient. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which we appreciated. However, the overall hygiene standards, particularly in the toilet, were below expectations. Additionally, the carpets in the reception area and corridors were quite old and had an unpleasant smell, which affected the overall experience. With some improvements in cleanliness and maintenance, this hotel could be a much better place to stay "

"The staff were fantastic here, couldnt be freindlier and more helpful, but the room was DIRTY! Mould in the bathroom, and generally in a terrible state of repair. The room smelt of urine and was incredibly small. Not reccomended at all. However, the staff at the front desk were very helpful and kind. "
