"The apartment itself was great, well-designed, well-equipped, and very clean. Everything else was a nightmare. Online check-in didn't work. When I arrived, I was made to wait for twenty minutes outside the building, communicating with someone at another location through the intercome. When they finally let me in, my room wasn't ready, although it was more than three hours after the check-in time advertised on the website. "Spacious loved the fact we had a choice of front terrace or back courtyard depending on the time of day. Clean with comfortable beds ( though I gave the water bed to my daughter and S in L). Plenty of hot water. Well positioned for the car park and the town centre. Andrea contacted us upon arrival and advised us re using tourist discount tickets which was helpful l. "

"This little apartment was a great jumping off point for our weekend in the Mosel Valley. We were able to park in front of the hotel at night for free with the blue parking ring. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Soap in the shower, extra bathmats for the bathroom floor (there is no door on the shower so water splashes around), in addition to a small vacuum (the clean freak in me was thrilled) and a tablet with information about the hotel and area.
