"Marriott is typically my preferred choice for brief road trips. However, this particular location appears to be in need of a renovation. The facilities seem quite dated, the showers in the rooms are not in optimal condition, and the housekeeping services could be improved. Nevertheless, the front desk staff consistently provides excellent service."

"Stayed one night in March 2026, room was clean. When we had breakfast the next morning refrigerator was empty, and the floors were extremely sticky. An employee was there refilling everything, but never wiped any counter floor down."

"When I first checked in I was given the keys to a room that was already occupied, when I finally got the right room key I walked in to my room and was hit with a wave of heat. Went into the bathroom and there were dirty wash clothes on shower curtain rod. Breakfast was disorganized and not stocked well. Had to wait for forever for eggs to be brought out. The trash was over flowing and not checked. Dishes ran out constantly. There was no remote in my room when I checked in and had to go down stairs to get a remote for it not to work and waited an hour and 15 min to be brought one that worked. Would have been nice to be able to stream what I wanted on the tv instead of basic cable but that’s neither here nor there. I about slipped and fell in the shower because the tub was so slippery. Overall it’s beautiful to look at but not kept up with. Will not be back"
