I was not expecting high quality of service from the front staff to the kitchen staff, there are so friendly, kind and very well mannered. We felt being at home. Compared to some of the other places we'd stayed during our travels through Africa, the beds and rooms were quite comfortable and the showers were absolutely splendid. In June we were a bit chilly in the dining room, the dining room opens to the bar/lounge which opens to the pool area. Some sliding glass doors would be nice there.
