""I recently stayed at the Hilton Amman, and if I could give it a 100/10, I would! From the moment we walked in, the level of hospitality was world-class. A special thank you to the receptionist who made our arrival so seamless; he didn't just hand us a key, but personally escorted us to our room, gave us a full tour of the property, and provided a thorough introduction to all the amenities. It made a huge difference in making us feel welcome. The room itself was the definition of luxury, and we were lucky enough to receive an upgrade that truly leveled up the entire trip. As a food reviewer, I am always critical of hotel dining, but the Hilton exceeded every expectation. The food was consistently amazing, particularly the breakfast which was incredibly fresh and featured a vast selection of high-quality options. Every staff member we encountered was warm and helpful. This is easily the best place to stay in Amman—you have to come and visit!""

"One of the most beautiful hotels with definitely the best service I have experienced. Every staff member seemed to know my name - warm, welcoming & so helpful. For example, my iPhone had liquid detection so would not charge with a cord. In the middle of the night, my phone would still not charge. My phone is my camera, travel confirmations, & so much more. Panicked, I reached out to the concierge via WhatsApp and they brought me a MagSafe charger & insisted I keep to ensure I would not lose access for my trip & subsequent return to the states. They also made me the best shashuka I have ever had for breskfast. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Phenomenal experience & so very grateful."

"The hotel was very good overall, and the thing that stood out the most was the cleanliness. The rooms were very clean and well organized, and the bathroom was spotless and clearly well maintained. The place also smelled fresh, which shows the effort of the cleaning staff. Honestly, in terms of cleanliness, I would give this hotel a high rating, and it made my stay comfortable and reassuring."
