Conveniently located near Southfield Freeway, I75 Fort St and all major roads, this gem will be an amazing place for you, your family, and friends. Free Highspeed internet, washer, dryer and fenced back yard for your little companions.
This house is three levels. Two bedrooms on the first floor and one upstairs.
The first level has the living room, kitchen and dining area, a full bathroom and two bedrooms.
The first bedroom has two twin size beds.
The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed,
The second level has a king size bed.
The basement has the laundry area.
-Towels and linens
Please gather all towels and linens and place them in the hamper.
- DIRTY DISHES
Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher (no need to start it) or simply wash them.
This is a smoke/drug-free house. A $275.00 fine will apply for smoking or use of any drugs inside the house.
