Excellent experience! The staff were incredible, truly incredible. The room was clean and updated and very nice. This hotel has beautiful architecture and design - old school but renovated and kept up. Breakfast was delicious too!

The room was spacious and very comfortable. It was a little odd to find the microwave was communal use. Over all we enjoyed our stay. Be prepared to park in their overflow areas. The hotel hosts very unique experiences and one was held during our stay.

The rooms were clean staff was very courteous the front desk the ladies working the buffet when it wasn't something there they made sure it got stopped immediately even when breakfast was almost over with the front desk was so accommodating me with any requests that I had the bar was nice fully stopped food was good great for the price

The room was dark and outdated. Stains on the chair. The bathroom was very small and the water did not get very hot. Glad it was a quick stay and I didn’t need the room for overnight. It served its purpose for me to rest during my stay. The best thing was the free breakfast!

i love where the hotel location was at very nice neighborhood, however the rooms were very small restroom had no space whatsoever but overall, it was clean quiet and smell good also the city view was incredible!! I'll go again for sure

The staff treated me like I was family. I came on this trip for business. They understood the assignment of B2B. I felt safe and secure. They given me fresh clean towels daily. The hot water in the shower was relaxing. This will be my place to stay next time I travel to Detroit. The cookies were fresh and delicious!

I've stayed here a few times normally very clean (hence why I keep going) the last time the room itself felt a bit dusty maybe its time for a update but it didn't feel the same. Property itself is pretty decent. The staff (one young man in particular. Can't remember his name. Very tall. Little heavy. younger black man) was amazing. Im sure he deserves a raise or something!!! Overall i'd stay again.

The staff was pleasant, but unfortunately, the property and room itself were dirty and poorly maintained. The sheets were not clean, the shower had not been properly cleaned, and trash from other rooms was left sitting in the hallways for most of the day(s) Luckily, we had plans and were out for most of our stay, so we didn’t have to spend much time dealing with the condition of the property. However, I would not stay here again. They also charge $10 for breakfast, which was disappointing considering the selection was nothing special and comparable to the complimentary breakfast offered at many other hotels. The two stars are solely for the staff, who were okay during our stay. The cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel itself need significant improvement.
