The location in the Detroit area is perfect. We were at the airport, downtown, Bloomfield Hills, Troy, Royal Oak and Birmingham. This was centrally located to everything. Furniture and fixtures are very nice and the house was thoughtfully redone. Would stay here again.

The home was easy to access and centrally located to everywhere we needed to go. Our host was easy to communicate with and he was on top of things. We were in town for a wedding and had no problem getting around town quickly. The kids really enjoyed the game room and the sound machines in the bedrooms were a nice surprise for us.

Incredible place. Clean, refinished, with plenty of space for our couples retreat. White noise machines in each room was a fantastic touch, including many other thoughtful extras like games, multiple seating areas, fans, plenty of towels and mini toiletries. The beds were extremely comfortable and well maintained. 10/10 would recommend!

the house was as advertised. Any body doing a review could always find something to criticize.we found 3 spiders in lower bathroom drains in shower and sink. However, it's very difficult to prevent in older homes and they are harmless. We laughed about it. i would stay in this unit again. GReat neighborhood. Convenient location. 5 Stars

Cozy Vrbo in a great location!

My coworkers and I really enjoyed our stay at this Vrbo. There are lots of amenities to take advantage of in the house such as games, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely backyard space. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and the house as a whole is tastefully put together to create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere. The house is located close to direct routes to go anywhere in the greater Detroit area. The host was very welcoming and responsive as well. 10/10 would stay here again!

Will Not Disappoint

We rented the property to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The decor was beautiful, and the home was situated in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently close to the interstate and shopping areas. The host, who kindly stopped by to take out the trash, was a really pleasant person. The outdoor space was fantastic—we enjoyed sitting under the pergola and chatting with our family. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. We even managed to get our teenagers to play the games provided by the host, which was a lot of fun! We would definitely book this property again.

Caring owner/proud of his family home

The home was beautifully re-finished, very clean, and had great attention to details. Michigan happened to have some of the coldest weather it ever has had while we were there. Initial problems getting the house warm enough were quickly resolved by the owner who was very responsive, excellent with communications, and had the HVAC system serviced. The converted garage was not used by us because of the extreme cold...but the owner purchased a space heater during our stay so that if future guests have extremely cold weather, the heat can be boosted in that area. I would recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the area, and would stay here again for future visits.
