This is an excellent spot in downtown Royal Oak. It is spacious and has a great patio overlooking Washington St. with lots to do within walking distance. Also don’t miss out on eating in the diner that’s directly downstairs.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Location was perfect for visiting different parts of the Detroit Metro area being close to both I-75 and Woodward Ave. The unit itself is super cute and has a nice urban flair. We enjoyed a GREAT breakfast in the diner across the street. We wished we had more time to explore downtown Royal Oak as there were a lot of cute shops and restaurants in walking distance. There were a few issues checking in that appeared to be be faults in the Vrbo system. Kayla was helpful and responsive in working those issues through. We would love to come back sometime.
