No parties or events No illegal activities. No Alcohol. No pets. Do not flush baby wipes, tampons, excessive paper or any other products .
Guests shall dispose of the garbage in trashcan. dispose of trash bags outside in the city bins provided in front side of the house at checkout.
Trash pickup is on Wednesdays and I will have someone come and cart it to the curb Tuesday evening.
