Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $50 per key Please take care of the furnishings and do not rearrange furnitures. $50 per extra guest per night

PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING EXCEPT TOILET PAPER. If we have to unclog the drain during or after your stay, due to this, it will attract a $250 charge

We had a good stay overall. The house was clean and well-equipped, and the living room TV had surprisingly good sound. However, the balcony roof was partially collapsing, making the outdoor area unsafe for anyone to use, it definitely needs urgent repair. Also, if you have a larger vehicle, be aware that the garage is quite tight and might not accommodate it properly.
