Looking for a relaxing stay? Our home sleeps six guests across three queen size beds (& 2 twin size air beds if needed).

Comfortable living and dining room space to congregate,read, eat, watch TV. Bonus room that overlooks the backyard, for those mornings you want to look at the birds while sipping your coffee.

Bathroom w/ heated floors, built-in towel warmer & waterfall shower.

Fully renovated kitchen w/ all the amenities: Gas stove, Keurig single cup coffee maker, tea kettle, Instapot, Kitchen Aide Blender, Breville Toaster, Air Fryer and much more!

Laundry service is on premises, in the basement, includes washer, dryer, folding table and detergent.

Located in the heart of the city, this home is quiet, relaxing, charming and inviting. A short walk to Lasalle Park is just two blocks away. Restaurants, theatres, library, museums w/in a five minute drive. Easy freeway access to 10, 94, 96 with a short drive to I75.

ALL individuals must be linked via VRBO. No exceptions!

Please note that the attic and basement storage room are off-limits, preserving their contents and maintaining safety.

Late checkout available until 12 PM for $25/hour (billed in full hourly increments - any time after 15 minutes counts as a full hour). Extended checkout until 3 PM may be available the morning of your departure if our schedule permits - we'll send you an update that morning!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set alarm to Armed Away when not home and make sure all doors and windows (if opened) are locked, gates are closed, garbage is placed in bags in the cans at the side of the house.
Leave keys on the dining room table.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Smoking in designated area only. NO pets. NO parties/events. Minimum age to rent is 21. Quiet Hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM. $300 Sec deposit required
No overnight guests allowed, if they are not a part of the initial guest list. No hair dyeing and no clothes dyeing allowed under any circumstances.
Renter Agreement must be signed within 24 hours after booking. For last-minute reservations, agrmnt must be signed before check-in info will be sent.

Wonderful accommodation

Beautiful, spacious home, very clean, beautiful neighborhood and great location with easy access to everything. Comfortable beds, plenty of linens. Really nice touches throughout. Everything we needed to feel right at home. We cant wait to come back.
