No food or drinks in living room or downstairs TV room. No liquids that can stain is allowed nor candles. Limit outdoor noise after 10 pm.
Tampering with or unplugging exterior cameras are grounds for immediate eviction with no refund. Turn off air, lights and lock doors when leaving.
Put trash in garbage cans and pull to street and used dishes in the dish washer and start it. Put used towels in bathtub. Lock doors and windows.
