"Everything was great. In particular, I want to highlight the staff. I ran into a problem with my phone charger, and one staff member went far out of her way to help me, saving me a lot of trouble. I’ll always be grateful for that extra kindness and am glad I chose Trumbull and Porter."

"Very dark hallway and room. Broken lamp on the table. Plus is big towel, bathrobe which I did not use. For sure no water sprinkler is the old code, old building. The parking information was not clear. I was told different information. Chicago parking where I am from is a lot more. Just tell honestly how much. It is understandable. My door key is not working so many times. "
