  • Welcome to our modernly furnished holiday rental in the beautiful Iller Valley! The 60-square-meter apartment has been completely renovated and refurbished. It is located on the upper floor of a well-maintained residential building and offers plenty of comfort and a cosy atmosphere—perfect for couples, families, or business travellers.

    The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a TV for relaxing evenings. The bright living room, with its large TV and two pull-out couches, invites you to make yourself at home—perfect for additional guests as well. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available.

    The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all essential kitchen utensils—ideal for cooking and dining together.

    The bathroom has been newly redesigned and is stylish and well-maintained.
    Look forward to a spacious shower with a glass enclosure, modern fixtures, and ambient lighting. Here you can refresh and relax after an eventful day.

    Our holiday rental accommodates 2–4 people—enjoy modern comforts, a cosy atmosphere, and relaxing days in the beautiful Iller Valley.
