"The room was so small. The bathroom and the sink in the bathroom was so small. It was challenging to wash the hand and face. The people at the front desk (the lobby) were smoking in the building when I enter the build for the check in. There was no shower towel. The hand towels were also very old. "

"Spotlessly clean room with a rack for my suitcase and somewhere to put unused cushions so as to keep them off the floor. Not a lot of interaction with staff but what there was was pleasant and helpful. I guess my biggest concern was what would happen if the lift broke down as I certainly couldn’t have managed the stairs. No tea (or other hot drink) making facilities, but that’s not the end of the world."

"This is a high-quality, very efficient hotel within a five-minute walk of the train station and transport hub. It is exactly the opposite of a boutique hotel - nothing quirky (or annoying). Just a quality hotel. A note: Across the pedestrian bridge next to the hotel is a nice little neighborhood with restaurants, a grocery, a small park and a good laundromat.
